Our Loft Story
We’ve always loved unique properties, and the moment we saw this loft, we knew it was something special. The funny part? We bought it sight unseen—all we had was an Airbnb listing and a few photos that completely blew us away.
Most lofts have one or two things that don’t work for us, but this one checked every single box. It had everything we wanted and none of what we didn’t. Within just two hours of it hitting the market, we had it under contract (and we weren’t the only ones trying!).
It was already perfect, but we’ve since added thoughtful upgrades to make it even better. Now it’s a stylish, comfortable downtown escape—ready for you to enjoy.

Welcome to Knoxville! I’m Blake — lifelong entrepreneur, Knoxville local, and apparently more charming than first impressions suggest. In fact, my wife Jennifer (an attorney, so she’s a tough audience) thought I was a complete jerk when we first met. Somehow, I still managed to get a date… and eventually a wife.
When we travel, where we stay is half the experience. We love unique places, obsess over the details, and admittedly spend a little too much time critiquing hotel rooms, layouts, lighting, beds, and all the little things most people overlook.
So when we created our loft, we built the kind of place we’d want to stay ourselves — comfortable, stylish, functional, and thoughtfully designed down to the small details. Most importantly, we genuinely want our guests to have an amazing experience in Knoxville.
